King room came with balconies where we could enjoy the view 🌆 and wake-up service was available. The room also had a balcony, and the sheets were nice and soft.

The speedy check in

Due to the construction felt inconvenient and found ourselves working our way around things and the bell boys I'm assuming didn't help with the our bags and no ice or coke machines on our floor!

Nice building and rooms with a walk in shower. Favourable stunning location, close to everything. Based just next door to restaurants, shopping, theaters, American Airlines Center and the interstate and Bars.

The room with a balcony was great, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location near Cobb Stadium was particularly good and ideal.

I liked the free wifi and location. Very easy access in and out of the hotel.

The pool area is nice, the unit is neat and stylish with a walk-in shower, the staff is very friendly and amiable, and they offer free wake-up calls and ironing services.

The hotel was perfect and truly exceptional. The favorable location was close to restaurants and downtown. The quiet room, balcony, and soft sheets were appreciated. The indoor restaurant had great food and excellent service.

Room was a bit to small

The position of the hotel was good, close to bars. The service was great, we had a hot and large breakfast with an omelette station. Thanks to the really helpful and best staff, everything was excellent.

The room was neat and stylish, with a balcony and double beds, which I really enjoyed.

The breakfast served was particularly good and large. All the staff were courteous. - the team provided excellent service. - the location was marvelous and stunning - next to the restaurant, business district, and Festival.

I've stayed here a few times before for business and have always loved it. This time I don't have anything good to say.

I booked a king and received a queen. This was THE smallest room I've ever been in. I felt like I should have been in New York except when I stayed in a hotel in New York, the room was a lot bigger than this one. My husband went to the front desk for a blanket and we were told that they would send one up, 45 min later, I had to call to ask again. I will stay here again because of the convenience of why I'm in Dallas. I will give it another shot! I'm just going to hope for a better stay.

The friendly staff, they bent over backwards to accommodate you.

The room had lovely views of the skyline, and we enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant during our weekend stay.
